Referral program terms
Two paths. Introduce a clinic and get $100 when they start paid Helose. Or, if you are already on Helose, refer a colleague practice and get two months free on your bill (roughly $1000 on average).
Anyone
Introduce a clinic. $100.
Share your introduce link. When that practice signs up and starts paid Helose, you get $100.
Open to patients, friends, family, and anyone else who shares a Helose introduce link.
When a practice you introduced signs up and starts a paid Helose subscription, you get $100.
The practice must be new to Helose. One $100 payout per practice.
Payout follows verification that the intro was in good faith. Helose may pay by gift card, ACH, or a similar method.
We may adjust or end the offer with notice. Intros already in flight are honored under the terms in place when you shared.
Helose Physician Referral Program
Refer a colleague. Two months free.
For clinics and physicians already on Helose. When a colleague practice goes live on paid Helose, you get two months free on your bill. The ~$1000 figure is a rough average of what that can be worth. Your credit is two months on your actual subscription, not a fixed payout.
Referred practice must be new to Helose (not an existing customer or active pipeline opportunity).
Credit is two consecutive billing months free on the referring clinic's Helose subscription (per-patient pricing). Not cash. Not transferable.
The ~$1000 figure on marketing pages is a rough average of what two months free can be worth. Your credit follows your actual per-patient bill, not a fixed dollar amount.
Free period starts the month after the referred practice's paid subscription activates.
One referring Helose account per referred practice.

Eligibility and verification.
Any US practice that is new to Helose can qualify. Specialty does not matter for these offers.
Helose may request verification that the referral or intro was made in good faith and that the practice is a genuine new opportunity.
Illegal kickbacks for patient referrals are not part of this program. These offers are for introducing or referring practices to Helose.
