Clinic-to-clinic referrals only. Not patient referrals. Reward is two months free on your Helose bill (per-patient subscription credit), not cash.
Program terms
How referral credits work.

Referred practice must be new to Helose (not an existing customer or active pipeline opportunity).

Credit is two consecutive billing months free on the referring clinic’s Helose subscription (per-patient pricing). It has no cash value and is not transferable.

Free period starts the month after the referred practice’s paid subscription activates.

One referring account per referred practice.

We may adjust or end the program with notice; referrals already in flight are honored under the terms in place at referral.

Referred practices in weight-loss or rural primary care segments qualify under the same credit structure as functional and integrative medicine.

The referred practice may receive an extended two-week trial when they name the referring physician or practice at signup.

Helose may request verification that the referral was made in good faith and that the referred practice is a genuine new opportunity.
