How does the free trial work?
Two weeks free on your real patients. You sign a BAA at signup. You approve the playbook once (check-ins, running-low, welcome). Helose runs those on schedule, and staff step in for exceptions. When the trial ends, we quote based on how many patients we actually text each month.
What counts as an active patient?
Someone we sent at least one approved text for that month. Everyone else in your EHR stays free.
Why is pricing not published on the site?
Your quote depends on how many patients we text, your clinic type, and volume. Not your full EHR list or staff headcount. We quote from real usage after the trial.
What drives the tailored quote?
A monthly fee plus a rate for each patient we're actively texting. Rates drop as volume grows, and every contract has a monthly cap. Coordinators, billers, and front desk are included.
Do larger clinics pay less per patient?
Yes. More patients on text schedules means a lower per-patient rate. Multi-site clinics get extra discounts.
Who can approve texts?
A clinician who approves outbound messages (MD, DO, NP, PA, ND). Coordinators, billers, and front desk are free.
Can I get an annual contract?
Yes. Terms come after your trial. Multi-site gets custom terms.
